Terms & Conditions

  • The following Terms and Conditions are applicable to all orders placed with Broadway Furnishings and every order accepted by Broadway Furnishings is subject to these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
  • Photographs on our website and in our catalogue are for illustrative purposes only and may not be an exact reflection of the product itself. Photographs or illustrations do not compromise any contractual warranty on our part and you should not rely on them as an exact representation of the product(s).
  • All measurements shown on our website are approximate.
  • Before purchasing we recommend that you examine the goods thoroughly either in person, using the catalogue or on our website. If you have any questions not answered then please ask us directly by telephone, fax or email before purchase. These questions maybe asking specific dimensions, colours, finishes, durability, e.t.c. Returns/refunds are at the discretion of the management for items with have been purchased in error or are no longer required.
  • Any order placed with us by you, whether by telephone, fax, mail or on our online service will be regarded as an offer by you to buy the goods ordered from us.
  • All products remain the property of Broadway Furnishings Limited until paid for in full.
  • All orders placed with Broadway Furnishings must be paid for in full prior to despatch, unless otherwise agreed prior to the order being confirmed.
  • All customer orders placed on account must be settled in full within 30 days of the order being placed. Broadway Furnishings Limited reserves the right to apply a discretionary charge to account customers for payments which are outside the agreed account payment/settlement period.
  • A standard charge of £25.00 will be levied for each cheque returned by your bank to cover our bank and administrative costs.
  • Our delivery drivers will endeavour to contact you between thirty minutes and one hour prior to our expected delivery time, where possible.
  • Delivery times quoted are approximates only and should not be treated as exact times.
  • Standard Delivery is to the kerbside only. Delivery, assembly and installation beyond this point are by your invitation only. Broadway Furnishings Limited cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss caused as a result of delivering, assembling and installing our products and services beyond the kerbside.
  • In the interest of safety, our delivery team will not be able to remove footwear. Please insure that lay protective floor covering prior to our arrival especially on light coloured surfaces and during wet weather.
  • Broadway Furnishings reserves the right to apply discretionary delivery charge for a return visit delivery in instances where we have been unable to deliver and/or gain access to the stated delivery address on the first occasion.
  • Any item(s) which require disassembling and reassembling on-site in order to reach its final resting position will incur a discretionary charge, per item.
  • Please ensure that all measurements are correct and access arrangements are suitable for the item(s) being delivered. A discretionary charge will apply where we are unable to complete a delivery.
  • We endeavour to delivery specially ordered items within 30 days of the order. On rare occasions if we fail to do this we would contact you to inform you of such delay. At this point you may choose to accept the new estimated delivery date or request a refund. The refund will only apply to the product in question and not to any other items purchased that may or may not have already been delivered. This applies to both special order and standard product ranges.
  • Items believed to be faulty must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • All product guarantees are issued directly by the manufacturer concerned.
  • Returned items cannot be accepted unless they are in there original packaging. Please ensure that goods are required before delivery/installation. A collection charge will be applied.
  • Mattresses and Divan Bed Bases are void of their return policy once their protective packaging has been removed.
  • All appliances come with a 1 year manufacturers warranty as standard. Please refer to the enclosed manufacturers' manual for contact details of their service/repair department. Alternatively feel free to call us and we'll do our best to help.
  • Appliances are subject to availability. Where an advertised product is out of stock, Broadway Furnishings will endeavour to provide an alternative product with as similar features and monetary value as possible.

 

Privacy Policy

In this policy, references to "we" or "us" are Broadway Furnishings Limited, of 95 Cricklewood Broadway, London NW2 3JG. We are also the data controller for the purposes of the Data Protection Act 1998 (the Act).

This policy (together with our terms and conditions and any other documents referred to on it) sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us.
