Where do you deliver to?
We have vehicles delivering within the London area on a daily basis but we can also arrange for deliveries to mainland UK. Delivery charges may apply but these are offered on a cost (or less than cost) price basis.
Do we assemble on site?
Most of our items are assembled already but occasionally items have to be delivered flat pack due to its size and potential access problems. Ask about our assemble service.
Do I need to pay at the time of placing the order?
No. You can do your shopping and then submit the basket with any comments or questions that you may have. We will respond asap and if all is well then we can process the order for you.
Can I pay by bank or internet transfer?
Yes. Just submit your shopping cart and delivery details to us via the checkout page. We will then contact you with an invoice number and our bank details.
Can I pay for the goods on delivery?
We would always ask for cleared funds before items are dispatched unless you have a credit account open with us.
How do I open a credit account?
Accounts can be opened by businesses/trade customers. Contact us for details.
How soon do you deliver?
It depends on the location of your property. We are usually able to offer same day or next day deliveries to the more local delivery addresses if the items are in stock. Otherwise it would usually be within 3-5 days. Contact us or send to us your shopping cart and will offer you the earliest or mutually convenient delivery slot.
Can you dispose of the old items?
Yes we can remove and dispose of your old items on a like-for-like basis. There is a £8.33p exc vat charge for this service.
Can you dispose other items other that the like-for like items?
Yes this is also possible. Contact us with a list of the items and we will be pleased to give you a quote.
Can you collect keys from my office or estate agent?
Yes we can as long as it is in the local area. We can either return them or if it’s a spare set of keys then we can leave them in the property.
